Seen a lot of these posts going around, people all excited for 5.0 and bringing up all the fun and cool things that the 4.x series brought them.
For me though? Stormblood has been a giant shitshow. Plagued with drama, lost friends, and broken hearts. It killed my desire to raid first, and then my drive to actually do anything in FFXIV after.
So much so that I don’t currently have plans to purchase 5.0. Can’t justify dropping $40 more on a game I’m not playing. I’m honestly not even sure if I’ll come back at all at this point.
There are a lot of good people in this community, but there are more that are bad, and they are the most vocal, usually with the biggest followings. People blindly jump to their defense even though they are not the victims, but the ones causing the problems.
And I’ve just grown so tired of it. Tired of wondering which “famous” person I might piss off next, that would run to their followers with trumped up stories of things I’ve never done, all the while I can do nothing but sit back and take it because it’s okay for them to not have proof of anything, but trying to defend myself from their attacks without it is not allowed.
So, yeah. Goodbye Stormblood.

So my dumb behind just remembered I haven’t paid for my shadowbringers expac yet, and with it coming up soon and some other expenses I have to take care of I’m worried I won’t have the money to pay for it! As such in opening up some sketchy color comms like the examples above! (The last one is an actual comm to give you an idea the amount of extra effort I put into comms compared to art for me.)
They are pay what you want with a minimum of $10 for little to no background or $15 for a basic background. The more you pay the more I’ll try to put into it, though.
